Yellow Peaches, Dried - Natural

Fresh from the Central California sun, sliced peaches come as fine as nature made them. Sweet and full-flavored, these dried yellow peaches are packaged without the preservative sulphur dioxide, normally used to preserve the peaches' color when drying. Peaches are dried by dehydrators that use heated air flower created by large fans. The air is heated with propane to 140F which dries the fruit in about 15 hours. There are no chemical agents used in the drying process.
